Process Authoring & Management Optiflow-Le's Process Builder is a BPM (business process management) tool that provides dynamic process authoring capabilities to non-technical personnel. Enables you to define, adapt and control complex manufacturing processes with ease. You could freely mix manufacturing & non-manufacturing processes and extend it beyond the factory floor.

Scheduling & Sequencing Our constraint based detailed Scheduling & Sequencing module provides powerful interactive graphical tools & custom filters to visually optimize work loads and arrange work requirements based on your custom criteria. You can reduce the lead time and get as close to production cycle time as possible.

Scheduling & Sequencing … contd . Just-in-Time-Sequencing provides tightly coordinated operational sequences by default. Raw materials, parts, components and completed assembly are pulled into production on a 'sequenced just-in-time' basis . Enables you to receive-to-sequence , manufacture-to-sequence and ship-to-sequence with little or no effort. Also eliminates excess inventory throughout the value chain.

Sequencing of Material Flows Optiflow-Le's Just-in-Time-Sequencing provides tightly coordinated operational sequences by default. Raw materials, parts, components and completed sub-assembly are pulled into production on a ' sequenced just-in-time ' basis. You may ~ Receive-to-Sequence, Assemble-to-Sequence, Manufacture-to-Sequence and Ship-to-Sequence ~ with little or no effort.

Sequencing of Inventory Buffers Out-bound sequencing of material & goods flow is tightly coupled with Kanban-Loop quantities. To accommodate 'ship-to' sequences, schedules are reverse engineered to seamlessly integrate with delivery dates. Sequences can be extended beyond the factory floor and include transportation, shipping ….. any further process.
