Physical and Emotional Stress <ul><li>Rolfers belief that physical and emotional stress along with gravity can cause the body to be misaligned, in turn causing muscles and connective tissue to harden and become less flexible. </li></ul><ul><li>Rolfers work with the connective tissue to align the fascia which encases muscles, thereby improving health. </li></ul>
