  • Meditate Upon God
    • Psalm 63
    • [[A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.]] O God, thou [art] my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; When I remember thee upon my bed, [and] meditate on thee in the [night] watches.
    • Like David, reflect upon God’s goodness, to you. As you reflect upon Him, how does your heart respond to Him?
    • What action can you take in your personal life, based on His Goodness to have more joy in your heart today, and towards others?
  • Meditate Upon God’s Law
    • Blessed [is] the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight [is] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. (Psalm 1:1-3)

    • Psalm 119:151,152
    • Thou [art] near, O LORD; and all thy commandments [are] truth.
    • Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
    There are over 30,000 promises in the Word of God you can Meditate upon.
  • Meditate Upon God’s Unfailing Love
    • Psalm 48:
    • We have thought of thy loving kindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple. According to thy name, O God, so [is] thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness. Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.
