    • MOVEMENT OF PEOPLE FROM PLACE OF ORIGIN TO THE PLACE OF DESTINATION VIA A ROUTE AND COMING BACK TO THE PLACE OF ORIGIN FULFILLING THREE CRITERIAS TIME LIMIT, PURPOSE AND NO REMUNERATION AT THE DESTINATION.
