Head of Private Banking Leading Private BankThe Role (continued)Candidate Qualifications Key Strengths and Abilities Candidates for the role of Head of Private Banking should have;  Team player with ability to build consensus in a group setting.  Relevant exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Brokerage.  Strong interpersonal skills.  Good presentation skills and the ability to present complex strategies concisely and clearly to shareholders, Board members and senior management.  Good business sense, with the ability to analyze complex transactions and identify key elements and issues that are important to reach sound conclusions.  Creative approach to problem solving.  Deep understanding of client needs and the ability to create investment solutions. Experience and Credentials Required 12+ years of prior experience in Finance, with certifications such as CFA, MBA, CPA are preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience working in a Private Banking environment.
