Many organisations know about this thing called IT Service Management and hear consultants claiming to have the come up with THE silver bullet to take away all your pain. How often do you hear about the things that can go wrong, or the successes in the real world?
After several years working as a manager of IT teams working with consultants, and as a Service Management consultant myself, I would like to take you through where things can go right and be worthwhile, where things can, and have, gone wrong (speaking from experience) and what lessons I have learnt along the way.
