  • 7. a partner of choice We operate within ten of the Netcare Group Hospital parking facilities nationally and have delivered a 40% increase in parking revenue for the Netcare Group. We were commissioned to do the full-scale project management, design and construction of the new 350-bay parking facility and car hire building at the Pietermaritzburg Airport. This is a long-term, Build-Operate-Transfer project with the Msunduzi Municipality. We managed the design, project management and implementation of the 750 bay parking facility at the Ikeja City Mall, Lagos, Nigeria. The 25,000m2 mall, which opened in December 201 is the second A-grade mall in the 1, country with over 90 stores and 90,000 cars using the mall per month. We have partnered with the City of Johannesburg in the roll-out and implementation of all on-street parking management programmes. We will manage over 2,500 parking bays across ten parking nodes throughout the City. We have been appointed by the National Airports Corporation of Zambia for the re-development of the parking facilities at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. The scope of work includes: Extending and developing the parking areas to conf¡gure 1,200 new parking bays. Installing new parking control equipment. This is the f¡rst installation of Designa equipment in Africa. Re-designing to accommodate covered long term parking, short term parking areas, drop-off zones, car hire, tenant parking, VIP parking and staff parking facilities. 1 1 Management and operation of the airport parking. 12
