The leader must be having the long term vision such as Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Mahatma Gandhi, John F. Kennedy, Deng Xiao Ping, Lee Kuan Yeuw etc. to reach their goal.
Vision keeps the organization going to reach the goal
Can the leader keeps the motivation of his team when the team works for long time job?
