  2. 2. Musical instruments are divided into 4 categories: String Percussion Wind Keyboard
  3. 3. String instruments are played by string plucking, bows or striking. plectrum bow
  4. 4. Some string instruments are Violin and Harp Violin Harp
  5. 5. Some percussion instruments are the Drum, Triangle and Xylophone. Drum Xylophone Triangle
  6. 6. Percussion instruments are played by scraping, rubbing and shaking. This produces different sound effects like running water, thunder etc…
