Disciplinary Procedures <ul><li>Record all Green cards on front of match report sheet. </li></ul><ul><li>Record all yellow cards on match report sheet. </li></ul><ul><li>Record all class 2 red cards on match report sheet. </li></ul><ul><li>Record all class 1 red cards on match report sheet. </li></ul><ul><li>Record all after match incidents and any other disciplinary matters on the match report sheet. </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>In the case of a red card the captain must be informed which class 1or 2, if class 1, the captain must be told that the player is banned from All Hockey until further notice. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the match report form is signed by both captains (or representative) and also sign the discipline report. </li></ul><ul><li>All Red Cards and all other disciplinary matters should be notified to the Discipline convenor within 24 hours, preferably immediately after the match by phone then send detailed written report within 24 hours (e-mail). </li></ul><ul><li>Remember you have the tools to stop indiscipline in the game. </li></ul>
