  • 6. From the City to the Soto Farm
  • 7. Most of the time the local mountain tops are in the clouds and mist. The mountains are to the north and range from 5,000 to 8,000 feet in elevation. This creates an interesting environment with the Pacific Ocean just to the south and the mountain range less than 10 miles to the north. THE FARM is located at an elevation from 800 to 1100 feet.

    • Mr. Neiro Soto He established THE FARM some 30 plus years ago .

  • 17. Mr. Soto (Hands) is currently in his 70s and has recently decided to retire. The Sierra Group, LLC became involved with Mr. Soto in 2007 and has arranged to purchase his interest in THE FARM.

    • Future Site of the Soto Farm Processing Facility It is currently planned for 5000 square feet with future expansion as needed. Current projections are for 200,000 pounds of coffee beans to be processed in the new facility in the first year. The projection is for 500,000 pounds to be processed annually by year three.
