There is lots of talk about Cloud Computing from a technical perspective, but little talk about the impact on Businesses and specifically Business Analysts and their roles. What do Business Analysts need to know about Cloud Computing? How does it impact them in their day to day work and future planning?
This presentation is a brief overview of Cloud Computing and specifically what the Business Analyst needs to know that can impact their decision making.

Speaker’s Biography
Gary E Smith - Gary has several years’ experience as both a Senior Product Manager in Commercial Software Development and as a Senior Business Analyst in Information Technology. He is currently employed by Solvera as a Senior Business Analyst.
His interest in Cloud Computing started a number of years ago when Service-Oriented Architecture led him on a path to Cloud Computing. He presently runs the web site http://www.opineIT.com, and http://www.thecloudnetwork.net and Linkedin Group: Cloud Architect Network and the Twitter Account @TheCloudNetwork with over 22K followers.
