Fashion for women Flappers in the 20's showed a more boyish side of girls. Also women shoed off their long legs in short skirts. They would chop of their hair and wear a large amount of makeup. Some accessories were newsboy hats, layered necklace, and horn rimmed glasses. Then high heels came in with dresses that were often dropped-waisted and knee-length to show of legs when they would dance.
Fashion for Men Upper class men were expected to change their suit depending on what time of day it is. As the years went on they realized that colorful colors became the new normal style. The well dressed man never left the house without a handkerchief tucked neatly in the jacket pocket.
