WHAT IS STARTINGBLOC?StartingBloc educates, inspires, andconnects emerging leaders to drive socialinnovation across sectors.Our signature leadership development program, theStartingBloc Fellowship exposes young leaders to newmodels for achieving social impact. Our communitycurrently consists of 1350 Fellows representing 221colleges and over 53 countries.

WHAT IS THE STARTINGBLOC FELLOWSHIP?The StartingBloc Fellowship begins with the Institute for Social Innovation,a transformative five-day experience. Through an intensive curriculum, theInstitute catalyzes young leaders through interactions with inspiring people,ideas and experiences.As a part of the Institute for Social Innovation, the Social InnovationCompetition provides StartingBloc Fellows with real world consultingexperience. During the Institute, Fellows get to work in diverse teams toaddress a real social innovation case challenge facing one of our partners.The post-Institute BuildingBloc Workshops provide StartingBloc Fellowswith the critical continuing education needed to effectively drive socialinnovation across sectors. We partner with corporations, private individualsand organizations to implement these programs for our community.
