  • 2. 1. Purify
    It is important to clean your skin every day to remove dirt, oil and dead skin flakes. Wash skin also rids the skin of excess sebum, which can prevent acne.
    If you have oily skin or combination normal / Use a daily cleanser that contains salicylic acid. This ingredient is used in many popular "acne wash" products such as Neutrogena. Salicylic acid control of oil production and hydration increases.

    For example, never put cream on oily skin that is prone to rashes. For oily skin, the moisturizer should be oil free, but have moisturizing qualities. Always apply moisturizer after cleansing and moisturizing your skin.

    Many adolescents need to treat skin conditions like acne, which occurs when the pores of the skin surface become blocked. This occurs when the sebaceous glands produce too much oil, pores become clogged with dirt, bacteria and debris. Sometimes, moisturizers and cosmetics fat contribute to the development of acne. Oils or dyes in hair products may aggravate acne by blocking pores.
    While soaps and astringents to remove oil from the skin, they do not affect oil production. Cleaning the skin sometimes causes irritation, which triggers acne instead of solving it.
    Skin products containing benzoyl peroxide can help treat mild acne, if you use it sparingly (once daily in the evening). The goal is to process all oily areas of the face - forehead, chin, nose and cheeks - not just when you notice the buttons. Treat areas that tend to break out may help prevent future buttons.
    Some of these products can cause the skin becomes too dry, if overused. If you feel tingling or burning, rinse your skin with mild soap and water. Try benzoyl peroxide topical again the next day.
    Be aware that you must use benzoyl peroxide daily for at least a month before fully realized. You must be a little patient.
  • 5. 4. Protect
    After cleaning your skin, protect it every day from sun and other environmental factors. Use a moisturizer or foundation with sunscreen with SPF of 15 or more (depending on your skin pigmentation or color).
    Wear sunscreen every day and avoiding the sun's ultraviolet rays peak (10 am to 4 pm daily) may offer some protection against premature aging and skin cancer .
