As I was heading to the clothes department, I caught sight of a woman and a young boy standing suspiciously close to a frail looking old woman. The lady gave a quick glance around them and nodded to the young boy. At the second nod, the young boy carefully put his hand into the old lady’s handbag and took out her purse. One of the security guards took the woman and the young boy to their office for further action. The other one asked for my assistance to find the old lady. After searching for her for 10 minutes, we managed to locate her. She was at the cashier counter and was having difficulty to find her purse. We returned it to her and she was very grateful.
