 Ensuring timely deliverables of drgs & details to construction team on shore for timely achieving of targets.
Technical Co-ordination:

consultant engineer, departments & supervisors for daily work progress
Architectural Management:
 Ensuring accurate design co-ordination between architect and engineering consultant – Pro actively engage in
identifying bottlenecks & resolve issues making final coordinated drawings addresses all build ability issues
 Monitoring and ensuring release of all drawings, specifications etc by architect and engineering consultant to QS &
cost consultant
 Providing inputs/coordination in the preparation of Brochure, Models etc. to the marketing team
 Chair weekly meetings with lead architect for coordination among all consultants and provide fortnightly reports for
the same
 Coordinating with MOEF consultant and assist him in preparation of documents for MOEF submission
 Ensuring all requirements of MOEF, IGBC, Tree NOC, etc. are incorporated in totality
 Start maintaining a drawings log
 Ensuring all drawings provided are as per the deliverables for the stage sign-off
 Visiting consultant’s offices to solve design issues and delivery of drawings.
 Ensuring the changes made in the architectural drawings are reflected in structural and MEP drawings & proper
revision control is maintained.
 Ensuring all approvals are in place and maintain a register for the same. (If internal liaison member is provided,
coordination with him)
 Reviewing and ensuring that all shop drawings submitted by contractors are accurately evaluated and signed off by
design consultants and that final coordinating services drawing does not impact architectural finishes, functionality
etc of any areas
Construction Stage-
 Ensuring accuracy of release of setting out drawings; monitor and control of inspection and verification of setting out
points at site are signed off by Architect / Contractor.
 Visit site to ensure that work is done as per plan and design
 Coordinating site meetings with consultants and project manager for site related issue during execution.
 Coordinating replies on RFI with consultants raised by site.
 Issue of drawings to site as per drawing schedule

 Successfully undertaken the sale area calculations and Value additions in commercial cum retail project at “Cross
point”. Gurgaon – was able to enhance the saleable area by 366.00 Sqft amounting to 55,00,000.00 (After Fourth
Revision)
 Sec-95, “NCR greens & NCR Ones” – successfully undertaken the sale area calculations of the project & was able to
enhance the value by 9.7 cr in first revision, for a project value of Rs 96.0 cr.

o Managed sec-95, “NCR greens & NCR ones” Group Housing Project –10.712 acres site area, with FAR area of 72,
247 SQM
o Total 10 towers, of G+13 to G+20 floors + basement for services & parking
o Developed revised sanction drawings, revision & value addition in terms of increase of sale area and revised GFC’s &
coordinated with external MEP agencies & various consultants, applied for completion for the project (Phase-1)
o Sec-103, “Estella” Township –15.743 acres site area, with far area of 1,10,604.558 SQM
o Total 14 towers, of G+11, to G+18 floors + basement for services & parking
o Co-ordinated with principal consultant for getting approval on sanction drgs from HUDA, required co-ordination for
same with liasoning consultants, coordinated for MoEF clearance, compiling of data & questionnaire for same
o Supervised sec-95A & B, land area of 15.838 acres–licensing of the project under progress
