Project Scoping Fundamentals <ul><li>PROJECT SCOPE – The work that must be done in order to deliver a product with the specified features and functions. </li></ul><ul><li>PROJECT SCOPE MANAGEMENT – The processes required to ensure that the project includes all work required to complete the project successfully. </li></ul>
