The Better Health, Better Life app is designed to help you lead a
healthier life. With more people today trying to stay fit and in shape
this application will target everyone from women and men to
teenagers.
 There are apps out there that can count your calories or give you a
 meal plan, but there isn’t an app that does it all. So this is where
 the Better Health, Better Life App comes in.
 The goal of this app is to help people stay fit and healthy without
 the cost of paying for a personal trainer. It’s a cheap way to keep
 track of the weight you’ve lost, what you’ve eaten and for
 beneficial exercises that you can do to get you closer to your
 personal goal.
Aspects of this app.
1)counts calories(amount
burned and amount eaten
      for the day)
Enter Weight and age for accuracy
Enter amount of cardio you did that day
       For example: there will be a drop down link where you
       pick what form of exercise you did, you enter how long
       you did that particular workout and it will then compute
       that to the approximate amount of calories you burned.
        Once you put everything you did in your workout, you
        will then go and enter everything you ate that day.
        After you do that it will take away the calories you
        burned during your workout and tell you how many
        calories you have eaten and the amount of calories you
        have left.
2)Gives you a list of cardio to
       full body work outs.
 Enter what part of your body you’d like to focus on for that day,
 unless you’d like to hit every part of your body ( from arms to legs
 to abs)
 Gives you the amount of reps, sets, seconds or minutes for each
 workout.
Changes up the workouts so you are not getting sick of doing the
same thing everyday.
3)   Gives you a meal plan.
 Type in how much you weigh and then your desired weight.
     This will give you a list of meals to consider for breakfast, lunch, and
     dinner.
     Also will give you healthier suggestions on what to eat in between
     meals.




  To make things easier it will also tell you stores where you can find
  these particular items.

4) motivation:
If you are having trouble getting the motivation, this app will help prevent
that from happening
During your workout there will be a life coach saying uplifting and
motivational things to keep you going. As you make progress it will even
give you compliments.
Reasons for this app:
Within the past decade the amount of Americans who exercise daily has
risen. According to Gallup.com approximately 54.7 Americans workout 3+
days per week.
With social media advertising Fitness and being healthy everywhere, an
increasing amount of people are jumping on the band wagon to lead a
healthier and better life.
This app will be beneficial to people who are trying to maintain this
healthy lifestyle. If you are suffering from weight problems, not only with
this guide you to your goal, it will also help higher peoples self-esteem.
I am someone who enjoys to work out and eat healthy, so from personally
trying to lose weight and stay in shape I believe this is an app that a lot of
people would find beneficial.
The best part about this app is that anyone around the world will be able
to use it. We will make it so you can pick the language you’d like it to be in.
How do you use it/ play with it/
             interact with it?
How you use it is quite simple: You will start out by entering all your
personal information. ( weight, height, size, age, gender)
There will be multiple tabs and drop down lists to click on.
     For example: if you want to keep track of how many calories you are burning
     on your run, you would click the “ calorie counter” tab. It will be able to
     measure how fast you’re going and calculate how many calories are being
     burned. You can also adjust the speed you are going if it is not reading it
     accurately.
   When you are entering what you ate for the day, it is very precise. For example if
   you were to eat Multigrain bread, you would be able to find that and then enter
   the number of slices you had. If you had peanut butter on it there would even be
   an option for that. This insures that you get the most accurate results possible.
