Your accepted promises remain the sunshine you embraced, the three
simple promises were not the things of some secret design, others not
willing to leave their name would never understand the promises of life,
they were the timbers for us to knell upon asking for quietness’ so we
could feel the greatness of our discovery, your promise to be safe allows
the long night to leave easily for our new day, the promise has chosen you
and passed from my heart to yours where it stays until the end of time,
unwilling to leave you even from the start i look to the sunshine of a kept
promise to keep my balance, your staying by my side is the only way i can
journey this world, you keep the uncertainty away when the truth is told as
i trust the promises kept.
