MVP Engagement TeamMission: To continue the high level of engagement across relevant Salesforce communitieswhile identifying new channels to begin engagement process and prospecting MVPs for theMVP Mentorship Program.Summary: Our current group of MVPs have served as the driving force across Salesforce’sinternal and external communities and have consistently created a more vibrant experience forall participants. The MVP Engagement Team will continue doing what they do best, engaging,while inspiring other MVPs and community members to offer their experiences, knowledge, andskills to the community. The MVP Engagement Team will also recommend community “all-stars”to the Mentorship Team for them to potentially mentor. Lastly, this team will be instrumental inraising awareness and creating visibility for Salesforce’s social content campaigns.Main Goals:1) Ensure that a high-level of engagement is maintained across all Salesforce communities.2) Assist MVPs in finding the engagement channel that is most relevant to them specifically.3) Discover and foster new engagement opportunities for Salesforce MVPs to participate.4) Identify prospective MVPs and push them to the MVP Mentorship Team.Outcomes: Continued high-level of engagement; Greater reach to new and existingcommunities; Thought-leadership around creative, unique engagement ideas; Increasedawareness around Salesforce contentInternal Salesforce Relationships: Advocacy, Content, Community Managers

MVP Mentorship TeamMission: To build the MVP program by leveraging the existing relationships of current MVPs torecruit new members, while maintaining a high caliber and standard of the program.Summary: MVPs are the best judges of character and through their experiences, they have agreat understanding of what a prospective MVP looks likes. These relationships provide a hugegrowth opportunity for the program while at the same time creating deeper relationshipsbetween new and existing members. Each MVP Mentorship team member will identify 1-3 ormore prospective MVPs from the community to begin working with. This will include givingpositive feedback, helping educate their mentees on the program, serving as a liaison atSalesforce events, monthly check-ins, and more. Our goal each year would be for each MVP toconvert 1 or more of their mentees to MVPs.Main Goals:1) Work with Engagement Team, identifying 1-3 potential MVPs from Salesforce communities tomentor.2) Provide feedback, support, education, and a roadmap to being and becoming a SalesforceMVP.3) Convert at least 1 prospect to become MVPs.4) Recruit new MVPs at Salesforce events.Outcomes: Stronger community; More awareness raised for MVP program: Empoweringexisting MVPs to directly impact growth of program; Growth from within the programInternal Salesforce Relationships: Advocacy, Events

MVP Care TeamMission: To support and assist existing MVP members, provide structure and guidance for newMVPs, and to maintain a high retention rate for the the MVP Program.Summary: As the MVP Program continues to grow, the Advocacy Program team at Salesforce,that supports the MVPs will no longer be able to sufficiently support all of the members. Withthat said, the MVP Care Team will play a critical role in the long-term success of the program.The team will serve as peer coaches for their fellow members and will provide an overallcontinued structure for the program. Their role will also be crucial for the ramp-up speed and on-boarding process of new MVPs and in helping them feel consistently connected to the program.Furthermore, this team will be focused on decreasing the attrition rate for the program andensure that programs are running smoothly to increase retention.Main Goals:1) Connect with MVPs, understand where they might need support and how they can be betterincentivized.2) Create incentive programs such as surprise-and-delight campaigns, increased premiersupport, etc.3) Assist new MVPs in on-boarding and ramp-up.4) Oversee MVP Programs to assure their effectiveness, which will lead to higher retention rates.Outcomes: Peer support offered from within; Road-map for existing and new MVPs; Consistentplan for on-boarding, ramp-up, and engagement phases; Lower attrition ratesInternal Salesforce Relationships: Advocacy, Community Managers; Support

MVP Strategy TeamMission: To work with Salesforce teams in creating, executing, and fulfilling the overall strategyfor the MVP program including roadmap, events, growth, engagement, and more.Summary: The MVP Strategy Team will work closely with Salesforce Advocacy team,community managers, support team, and Dreamforce team in providing important feedback andinformation to help craft the future of the program and it’s events. They will serve as the voice ofthe members in relaying needs, wants, ideas, and more. At Salesforce events and meetups, thestrategy team will help ensure that everything goes as planned. This team will also be influentialin future high-level strategy changes within the program such as on-boarding, growth, marketing,etc.Main Goals:1) Work with Salesforce Advocacy Program team on creating an executable strategy to beginimplementing.2) Review MVP documentation and make additions and changes.3) Work with applicable Dreamforce teams in making sure the MVP Dreamforce experienceruns effectively and smoothly.4) Stay connected to the goals and visions of the MVP Program and assures the success of theprogram from a high-level.Outcomes: Strategy created from within the program; Collaboration between Salesforceemployees and MVPs; More structured on-boarding and ramp-up processesInternal Salesforce Relationships: Advocacy, Events, Support
