Installation <br />Prerequisites and Instructions<br />
Installation - Prerequisites<br />Make sure you have a functioning Sage SalesLogix 7.5.3 web environment<br />Install HF 01 & Close App Architect<br />Install HF 02 & Close App Architect<br />Install HF 03 & Close App Architect<br />Sage SalesLogix Mobile and the SData portal must be on the same server<br />Rebuild the Web Platform in App Architect<br />
Installation – SlxMobile web site<br />Application Architect<br />In the Project Explorer - Install Sage SalesLogix Mobile bundle<br />In the Application Architect, open the Deployment Explorer<br />Open the Core Portals deployment.<br />Under Deployment Targets, right-click IIS and select Add Portal(s).<br />Select SLXMobile, and then click OK.<br />Deploy all of the Core Portals or Individually deploy both the SData and SLXMobile portals.<br />Run SData Mobile Client by browsing to https://<servername>/SlxMobile<br />
Installation - Troubleshooting<br />If you get server error, and/or you cannot log into the main web client because it “cannot establish a connection with SLXServer”, stop and restart the Sage SalesLogix services or reboot the server<br />If you try to run the main web client (SLXClient) and get a JsonProperty error, you need to remove Sage.Common.Syndication.Json.dll from the Bin folder in the SlxClient and sdata portals<br />
