At the Partnership for Safe Medicines Interchange 2011 conference in Washington DC, Libby Baney spoke for the Alliance for Safe Online Pharmacies. She pointed out that 95% of all online drug sellers are operating unlawfully. She addressed the challenges in protecting patients from such dangers.
