    • GENERATION OF INFORMATION GOOGLE
    • Google- Natural Process
      • Google is a corporation that compiles information and makes it searchable via the Internet.
      • Google is a multinational public corporation invested in Internet search, cloud computing, and advertising technologies
      • Google began in march, 1996 as a research project by LARRY PAGE & SERGEY BRIN , PhD. Students at STANDFORD with the aim of , “ Process stated with the mission is to organize the world’s information & make it Universally accessible & useful”.

      • Larry Page and Sergey Brin was working on the Standford Digital Library Project . The SDLP's goal was “to develop the enabling technologies for a single, integrated and universal digital library ."

      • With the help of his supervisor named Terry Winogard encouraged Larry Page to pick this idea of Digital Library and Page focused on the problem of finding out which web pages link to a given page, considering the number and nature of such backlinks to be valuable information about that page (That was with the role of academic publishing in mind).

      • Page & Sergey Brin decided to Create the digital library as we know today- Google, was nicknamed called BACK RUB.
      • Page divided the total task into two parts-

      • Second task was Exploring the mathematical properties of world wide web, understanding it’s link structure as a huge graph. So that it could be converted in Hyperlinks or Internet Software.

      • With the help of some secondary data, it occurred to Page & Brin that a search engine is based on PAGE RANK to produce better results than existing technologies.
      • To convert the backlink data that it gathered into a measure of importance for a given web page. Brin & Page developed the PAGE RANK to analyzing the back rub’s output.
      • A URL –consisted of a list of backlinks ranked by importance.

      • The first founding for Google was secured on August 1998 by Andy Beehtolsheim , co-founder of Sun Microsystems.
      • In 2003 the company is listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the TIcker Symbol GOOG .

      • In February 2003, Google acquired PYRA LABS owner of Blogger a pioneering and leading Web Log hosting website.
      • In 2005, Google formed a partnership with Sun Microsystem to help share and distribute each other's technologies.
      • On September 28, 2005,Google announced a long-term research partnership with NASA planning to work together on a variety of areas, including large-scale data management, massively distributed computing, bio-info-nano convergence, and encouragement of the entrepreneurial space industry.

      • On October 9, 2006, Google announced that it would buy the popular online video site You Tube, Google earth, santa claus, time warner.
      • On October 31, 2006, Google announced that it had purchased Jotspot - a web-based business software.

    • Conclusion- The Future Of Google
      • Google has 31% of the online advertising market revenue, and 56% of the market share for online searches. The company has nowhere to go but up, I'm not sure but I believe reading somewhere it said Google spends 20%-25% of its resources pursuing new ventures.
      • Now that Google is entering the software market, there soon may be nothing people do without doing it through Google.
      • Google is also trying to create the first online ad marketplace,for anyone who wants to advertise. Where clients can bid in auctions for advertising spots.
      • Google is also looking into revolutionizing television commercials, so that television commercials can be custom-tailored for each household, based on the ages and the people living in them, as well as their hobbies, interests, likes, dislikes, and shopping habits.
    • Google is tool, used as a Natural Process/ Resource Of Information By Others
