  • 11. I've learned.... That no matter how serious your life requires you to be, everyone needs friends to act silly with. Romans 12:15, 16; Psalms 89:15
  • 12. I've learned... That everyone deserves to be loved, respected, and appreciated. Ephesians 5:33
  • 13. I can't choose how I feel, but I can choose what I do about it…I can’t change my past, but I can improve my future. Matthew 6:34; John 17:3 I've learned....
  • 14. I've learned.... That the Lord didn't do it all in one day. What makes me think I can? Genesis 2:1-3; Galatians 6:9
  • 15. I've learned.... That when you're in love… with GOD, your mate, your children, or your fellow man, it shows. 1 Corinthians 13:1-8
  • 16. I've learned.... That I can always pray for someone when I don't have the strength or the monetary necessities to help them. 1 John 3:16-18; James 5:16
  • 17. I've learned.... The easiest way for me to grow as a person is to learn by example. I spend time watching and listening to people older and wiser than I am. Titus 2:3-5
  • 18. I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right. Micah 6:8
  • 19. I've learned.... That just one person saying to me, "You've made my day!" actually makes my day. Luke 6:38
  • 20. I've learned.... That “Prejudice” is the child of Mr. and Mrs. Ignorant. To allow prejudice to enter your heart you have to push out the love of God…HE is not partial… Acts 10:34, 35; 1 John 3:15, 16; Genesis 3:20
  • 21. I've learned.... That true beauty is not physical…the right person will be looking for the “quiet and mild spirit of the heart.” 1 Peter 3:3, 4; Proverbs 11:22
  • 22. I've learned.... That if I want others to see and appreciate my beauty, I have to know and appreciate it in myself first… ”from the heart, the mouth speaks.” Luke 6: 45; Proverbs 21:2
  • 23. I've learned.... That bad things can happen to good people; If GOD can loose a third of his children, I can endure the temporary pains of this world. Ecclesiastes 9:11, 12; Revelation 12:4; 21:3, 4
  • 24. I've learned.... True happiness comes only when you put GOD first… then, “all other things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33
