The journey• Coach and ferry• 14 hours from Calais.• Fri 1st Feb – Sat 9thth Feb• Set off, 1.45pm. So arrive at school with case and overnight bag.• Breaks on the way in England and abroad.• Return, texts to give estimated time to school.• Arrive 2.30pm approximately.
The journey• Travel sickness, downstairs. Take tablets before journey and bring more for mid journey and return.• Only water on the coach. Boiled sweets to help motion sickness.• No chewing gum at any time.• At services, strict timings, only wholesome food, monitored by groups linked to staff.

Our Hotel and rooms. Rooms will be allocated when we know what we have. We will try our best to ensure friends are together. Strictly; no one from another room is allowed into yours, no one goes on balconies. Your own food is only permitted in your room. Room checks for organisation and safety.

Named Plastic money bag with E60 in it. Hand to Mr Stokes.

The basic schedule• Arrive Saturday morning. Rooms sorted. Meal and ski fit. Rehearsal for the morning to reduce problems and establish a routine.• Sunday –Thursday, various entertainments in evening.• Friday; Medal presentation, packing and DVD• Friday evening depart and arrive home Saturday afternoon.
