  2. 2.  When you type in all CAPITOLS people may think you are yelling at them. They might get the feeling that you are mad at them.
  3. 3.  When sending an e-mail you should not use inappropriate language or put people down.
  4. 4. When you are typing an e-mail and you are in a hurry, don’t use LOL or U or Plz to abbreviate. If you do that people may think you are being lazy.
  5. 5.  If you send an e-mail you should say thank you if someone did something for you. If you are asking someone to do something for you say please.
  6. 6.  If your e-mail address is iloveponies@webkinz.com your associates might think you are young and childish.
  7. 7.  When composing an e-mail you should not put an emoticon at the end of every sentence.
  8. 8.  In an e-mail should only include details that are relevant to the subject you are talking about.
  9. 9.  After you compose your e-mail you should proofread your e-mail and check for things that are spelled incorrectly or for any grammatical errors.
  10. 10.  If you receive an e-mail from someone that is a chain e-mail do not forward it.
