What is Eventiply? – Eventiply is an event marketing platform acting as an interface between social media platforms, email marketing and personal web sites/blogs. – Developed in Vienna (M.Savio & S.Petzl), currently is at the stage of private beta testing, public launching is expected in autumn 2012. Eventiply core functionality: 1. Manage own events • Create an event • Publish an event • Invite and send around • Statistics 2. Manage others/all events • Unavailable in beta versionwww.sti-innsbruck.at 3
  4. 4. Managing own event 1. Create an event (specify title, venue, start/end time, description, price, ticket information, attach image) – Extra features: Google maps widget, Comment widget, Max. number of registrations, option to add multimedia content (currently supports Youtube, Vimeo, Soundcloud, Flickr, Slideshare, Photobucket, Scribd) etc… 2. Publish an event (available via the direct link as well) through various channels: Facebook (automatically creates an event), blog/own website, events.at, falter.at, stadtbekannt.at, stadtkinder.com. 3. Invite: choose recipients (CSV, Gmail, Copy & paste), disseminate through Facebook, Twitter, Google+. 4. Statistics: manage event’s statistics (Nr. of registrations, event page views and new subscribers).www.sti-innsbruck.at 4

Discussion • How do they plan to get the revenue? – The Forever Free package allows the creation and loading of private events. – The Basic package allows commercial use: public events, the event processing of various streams and meaningful statistics of your marketing mailings. – The Professional package is tailored to the organizers want to manage an event stream for their business. – The Premium package is the Professional package, including support of Eventiply. • Referral-Marketing is encouraged.www.sti-innsbruck.at 6
