      He was born on February 12, 1809.
      He lived on a farm and had to do a lot of work.
      When he was 7, his family moved to Indiana.
      It was winter when they arrived.
      When he was 9,his mother died.
      A year later his dad got engaged

      1913 Helen begins making speeches to help deaf and blind people.
      Helen died when she was 88!
      She lived from 1880 to 1968.

      Theodore term as President ended in 1909.
      Theodore died on January 6,1919.

      Jackie Mitchell was a small baby when she was born 1914.
      When she was eight years old, she learned a few pitching tricks from a great pitcher, Dazzy Vance.
      As a teenager, she played baseball with the Engelettes, an all women’s team owned by Joe Engel.
      Soon seventeen-year old Mitchell joined the Lookouts, she made baseball history.
      Jackie worked at the baseball stadium for five more years retiring in 1937 at the age of 23.
      In 1987 Jackie Mitchell died in the age of 73.
