University of Oregon President Emeritus, Dave Frohnmayer, spoke at the Southern Oregon Business Conference, January 26, 2011. Frohnmayer explained how post-secondary degree holders are a critical piece of economic prosperity for any region and showed that the jobs of the future will demand this level of education for Oregon students.
