What did not Work in 2009? <ul><li>Success on Facebook </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Build it and they will come </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Our Fan Page is the centerpiece of our social recruiting efforts </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We engage daily on Facebook with our candidates </li></ul></ul>
