  1. 1. Creating Change in a Digital World
  2. 2. I have an agenda
  3. 3. I want you to believe we canbuild organizations based on
  4. 4. Abundance
  5. 5. That’s not our model today
  6. 6. (and it’s understandable)
  7. 7. We exist in the space
  8. 8. Where needs cannot be met through traditional means
  9. 9. Where business or government services don’t exist or are inaccessible
  10. 10. (that’s why we are “not” onething or “non” something else)
  11. 11. But I want you to leave todaybelieving something different
  12. 12. Abundance
  13. 13. I believe it
  14. 14. I work for an organization
  15. 15. That started with this:
  16. 16. Journalists threw away review copies of software
  17. 17. We took those copies and we gave them away
  18. 18. Now, we have direct impact in over 70 countries
  19. 19. To date, we’ve given away more than $2.5 billion worth of technology
  20. 20. And we’ve connected people to resources that help them optimize that technology
  21. 21. And I’ve seen other examples of abundance
  22. 22. I believe we can build a sector on abundance
  23. 23. I believe you can build anorganization on abundance
  24. 24. How?
  25. 25. 1. Open data
  26. 26. 2. Ability to congregate
  27. 27. 3. You
  28. 28. Search
  29. 29. Follow
  30. 30. Connect
  31. 31. Share
  32. 32. What would happen if
  33. 33. Thank you!
