The name, Mona LaCovey came immediately to mind because I had seen her in the Broadneck area many times over the last 32 years. As my personal agent, Mona did far more to help me through the whole ordeal than I could ever have expected or hoped for. When decision making got tough, she mapped out the available options; when things were confusing, she patiently explained them again; when the process got bogged down, she pushed to keep things rolling; and when I had questions, answers were only a phone call away. There is a lot involved in the whole real estate process and I certainly would not want to ever go through it without an experienced and confident real estate agent by my side. My heartfelt thanks to Mona and Steve for being there for me. I sold one house, bought another, and gained two new friends. Of course, the first house Mona suggested in 1998 was perfect, but I’m so picky that it took years to for me to realize it, and by then we had to find another. As buyer agents, they even steered me away from a couple of properties that they knew (even if I didn’t at the time) weren’t right for me. They held on to their patience, however, and, after showing me what had to be at least a dozen more places, finally found the perfect one. At this point they sort-of went into overdrive, and made sure that all the legal stuff (things I never would have thought of) was covered, and that the schedule of events that need to take place was under control, so that settlement would be as painless as possible. There is so much to worry about, but, at every step of the way, all I had to do was show up and sign something – they took care of everything.
