  • Yes there are government organisations that help protect. But many companies are very sophisticated and try to brainwash their victims/customers. Amway http://network21amway.blogspot.com/ and Network 21 have been accused of this.

    You have to question the motivation of anyone that wants you to join any business venture. They want to take your money.

  • Internet frauds are become popular now days. Be aware of this. i am maintaining a related blog called http://www.scam419.blogspot.com/ . It gives an idea to deal with scammers.

  • Though it would obviously be great if these scam for time and money-wasting schemes were not carried on reputable sites such as Science blogs, most good web browsers either come with a tool that can be used to block scam or can provide this facility through an add-on. We've started to notice these types of scam on the site. http://www.nigerianspam.com/internet-scams-articles.html
