At their February meeting the SLA Executive Committee decided to establish a link with the Nepalese School Library Association, sponsoring their membership of IASL. Sharada Siwakoti is our contact with them

SLA is providing online resources for school libraries and many members are using NYR to support lots of reading activities in school

Since last June we have published 5 new Guidelines and 3 Riveting Reads including 2 specially commissioned by the DCSF to support book gifting projects in England. Fantasy Fiction by SLA Scotland is launched at this weekend
