A PowerPoint Presentation made to aid decision makers in understanding the true problem in the relationship between their YMCA and the community teenagers as well as to get them to imagine the possibilities even with limited funds.     I'm currently coming up with my own way to survey and measure the teens in Greater Boston's YMCAs. I wanted to answer the question why teens don't seem to be really engaged when they come into the teen center, and why more kids from the community don't utilize the Y's free programs, etc. So I was thinking of writing up a survey and having kids at the local high schools who don't attend the YMCA take it, as well as the teens who are regulars at the YMCAs. This way I can compare their answers to see the similarities and differences in how they feel. If you're willing I'd like your feedback. -Charlie
