HK government supporting social innovation to alleviate poverty • Chief Secretary Mrs Carrie Lam took the lead • The HK$500 million Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Commission on Poverty has been announced and will be rolled out in September to support intermediary social innovation platforms
