College Success Plan (CSP) Orientation

Welcome to the orientation for the College Success Plan (CSP) Program.
You may be wondering what is a CSP and why do I need to do one. This is what you will find out during this orientation.
Let’s get started.
Welcome

The College Success Plan is a program designed to assist students who have struggled or are struggling academically and are requesting assistance with achieving academic success.
College Success Plan (CSP)

The requirements of the CSP will be agreed upon between the student and their assigned staff member.
The requirements could include but are not limited to:
Meeting with an assigned staff member
Completing a learning style inventory
Completing a set number of meetings
Completing College Success Seminars
Completing any referrals made by the assigned staff member.
Requirements of CSP

A student has completed the CSP when the agreements of the contract have been fulfilled.
It is recommended to design your CSP to include covering the entire semester, but some students do design and complete CSPs within 4 to 8 weeks.
Completion of CSP

The First Step toward completing your CSP is to attend this Orientation.
The next step is to complete the CSP Intake Form.
Once your Intake Form has been reviewed you will be contacted by a staff member from our office.
First Things First

This concludes the Orientation for the CSP Program.
You will be contacted by a staff member of the Office of Learning Assistance Program & Disability Support Services regarding the requirements of your CSP.
