  • When you commit to making environmental improvements, you first need to establish your current performance to help you develop your programme and identify priorities. The baseline assessment will determine what areas of the organisation you want to start improving, what your organisation does and how it does it, what the plans and policies of the organisation are, who are the people responsible and who are the people you need to tell if there any changes
