As Abhijeet grew, the paper-based activities and maintenance of their HR data becametime-consuming and decreased the productivity of the HR andAdministration teams. Abhijeet sought a solution that wouldtransform their human resources organization from transactionalto strategic. YASH developed aninnovative, customer-centric solution that incorporated SAPHCM Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)modules, SAP Level 2 Workflows, and SAP NetWeaver 7.0. In orderto integrate the necessary HR processes into the portal-basedESS/MSS applications, YASH created the following customizedenhancements: Functionality Customization Created Employee Search- Company, Location, Change Personal Department, Blood Group and Data Pan Card Number were added. A dropdown user interface Employee Search- element for company name, Who’s Who organization unit, cost center, position and job details. Personal Employee’s education and Information-Past previous employment details Employment are displayed. Benefits and Infotype Basic Pay is shown Payment-Cost to as CTC using Web Dynpro Company application. Benefits and Deductions customized in non- editable mode using Web Payment- Dynpro rather having standard Deductions ITS service. Benefits and Housing infotype customized Payment-Housing using Web Dynpro. Benefits and Car Conveyance infotype Payment-Car customized using Web Dynpro. Conveyance Benefits and Income from Other Source infotype customised using Payment-Income Web Dynpro. Travel and Expenses Displays travel manual. Career and Job– Displays all vacancies in the Open Positions company.The extensive yet rapid implementation gave Abhijeet a robustand flexible portal system tightly integrated to the backend SAPECC system.
