Important notes when implementing MDG  Business wise  MDG solution can only be effective if the business has aligned on data, process and governance model  Think about phased roll-out strategy: will MDG govern data management for all at once?  Validate the MDG configurations with key users as soon as possible  Technical wise  Think good about initial architecture to be ready for future growth of your organization  Clarify what MDG should re-use from existing ERP setups and how this is best done.
