All rights reserved. 1Customer Kraft Foods Transforms their Export business with a Design Thinking Based Mobile solution Following its spin-off from Mondelez, Kraft teamed with SAP Services to reinvigorate its export business, by modernizing the way they engaged with distributors outside of the U.S. By developing a custom mobile solution to support their pricing and order entry application, SAP Services helped the Kraft export business to move beyond manual, spreadsheet based systems that they were currently using. Kraft began their transformation with a Design Thinking workshop with both business and IT stakeholders, to help identify improvements to their existing processes and document their ideal solution. The next step was to develop a custom mobile application using agile development methodology to ensure business input and acceptance as the application was built as well as better management of scope and budget compared to traditional waterfall development projects. All rights reserved. 7Customer NZ Department of Conservation Relies on Mobile Solutions to Manage their Natural Resources The Department of Conservation (DOC) is responsible for conservation of New Zealand’s natural and historic heritage. The Department of Conversation was looking to shift its business processes into the mobility space enabling technology and allowing rangers to do their job for efficiently. SAP Services helped them implement a mobile platform and solution to collect conservation data within minutes, and make that information available to decision makers. This means the DOC has a 360 degree view of their workforce and assets at all times. This gives them strategic oversight and maintenance with a clear audit trail that is capable of showing the necessary due diligence for any incident. Watch the Video

All rights reserved. 8Customer NFL Video NFL SAP Services developed a custom cloud-based, SAP HANA solution to deliver a state-of- the-art experience for fans using the NFL’s Fantasy League. With data and projection access through SAP HANA database and the SAP Lumira Cloud API, SAP Services & the NFL created a Player Comparison for the NFL’s 3 million Fantasy Football League players. The solution needed to be real-time and support player comparisons, providing analysis and re-analysis capability based on historical data, predictive insight, and individual customization options. The Player Comparison Solution provides “Big Concurrency” capability with millisecond response time, user customizable real-time tool for all Fantasy Football roster decisions (start/sit; add/drop; trade) based on insights from historical data, and predictive analysis. All rights reserved. 1Customer United Launch Alliance Uses CAMS to Improve Operations Formed in 2006, United Launch Alliance (ULA) is a 50-50 joint venture between Lockheed Martin and The Boeing Company, bringing together the Atlas and Delta expendable launch systems, which have been used for more than 50 years to support America’s space presence. To ensure the business runs with the same speed, efficiency, and accuracy as its rockets, ULA leverages SAP solutions to provide a seamless view of its data and operations across factories, geographical locations, and launch sites. “We had fifteen systems all doing the same kinds of tasks for building, testing, and launching the rockets,” said Paul Fuqua of the IT Solutions Group at ULA. In particular, ULA , implemented a custom Complex Assembly Manufacturing solution (CAMS) to integrate and improve business operations, increasing mission success, and reducing costs for its end customers.
