  • 38. © 2012 SAP AG. All rights reserved. 38FAQ Why are there two entries of my solution in the myAccount section with statuses “Published” & “Open for Editing”? When editing a published solution, a copy is automatically created for editing which results in two identical solutions being visible in theSolutions area: the published one and the one being edited. Once the user clicks on the Publish button, the Published version is overwritten by the newly edited version and the copy disappears. How come I cannot preview my solution after editing and saving it? When previewing a solution with status Open for Editing, make sure to select the appropriate country/language combination as the solutionwill not be visible in other countries and languages. The same applies after publication, the right country must be selected in order to viewthe solutions in the SAP Store. How can I stop the Tool Tip window from blocking the fields I want to edit? When creating/editing a solution, the tool tip window may overlap with the editable fields. Press the Ctrl and Minus key on your keyboard toreduce the font size and then press the Ctrl and Plus key to come back to the original font size. The Tool Tip window should then no longercover your editable fields. How do I know that my solution is ready for Publication? After a solution has been created/edited and saved, make sure the red circles on top of each section become green. If they do not, thenthere is a required field not populated. Required fields are marked by an asterisk next to the field. What’s the best browser to use with the SAP Store MyAccount? We recommend that partners use Google Chrome as we find that it’s the easiest to use with the store. Can I use keyboard keys to navigate in the SAP Store MyAccount? We recommend that partners use their mouse because the “Home”, “End”, “Left”, “Right”, “Up” and “Down” arrow don’t always work well. Can I paste directly from Word or other source? We recommend that partners first paste in Notepad and then Copy again to Paste to the SAP Store MyAccount. This way you ensure it ispasting in plain text and leave any formatting behind. Alternatively, if you are using Google Chrome you can right click and click on the“Paste as plain text” option provided with Chrome.
