Summary 이 발표에서 내가 느낀 점은 두 가지이다. 하나는 애플이 자신의 생태 계를 유지하기 위해 모든 힘을 기울이고 있다는 점이고, 두 번째는 자 신의 가진 독특한 점을 배제하거나 살리면서 효율성을 높이기 위한 방 향으로 접근하고 있는 것이다. 아이패드에서는 애플의 30년 경쟁자 마이크로소프트와 결합하고, 애 플TV에서는 다른 방송국의 채널들과 협력하여 자신의 전문성을 강조 하고 플랫폼의 크기를 늘린다. 위의 내용들은 사용자들이 컨텐츠를 쉽 게 생산하게 만들어 애플 생태계를 활성화시킬 수 있다. 아이패드의 스타일러스 펜은 잡스가 말해왔던 손가락이 가장 좋은 도 구라는 소리를 부정한다. 아이폰의 3D 터치를 보면 자신들이 가지고 있었던 정전식 디스플레이에 감압식 디스플레이를 섞어 활용도를 높였 다. 이를 보면 자신이 가진 정체성 중 필요있는 부분만 활용하는 것을 알 수 있다. 애플은 자신의 생태계만 존재한다면 기계의 어느 정체성이 변하든지 살아남을 수 있다는 사실을 알고 있으며 고객의 필요에 맞춰 변화해 나갈 것이다.
