Some broadcasts with educational value enjoy popularity too e.g. Discovery• Mobile telephone today is nearly ubiquitous and always accessible• Internet access is improving but still limited in countryside. Convenient for large amounts of on demand content.• tLearning, mLearning and eLearning integration is our opportunity eBig3 22

Discussion: Pilot course topics• 5 entirely new bilingual courses (preliminary agreed titles): – Information Society & Tele-work, scenarios for work from home using available ICTs; – 23 things for business beginners, various subjects they need to know to be successful; – Social Networking for Business Beginners, including online networking – Internet Marketing & Advertising – Management of Renewable Forestry Resources for Entrepreneurs, business opportunities in agriculturally unused lands• 5 bilingual courses based on existing course material in: – Entrepeneurship; – ICT; – Personal productivity – etc. (e.g. somthing for regional development, ) eBig3 24
