Slide 5: Gold.  Used in dentistry and medicine, jewelry arts, medallions and coins, and electronic stuff.

Slide 6: Silver Used in photograph- y, jewelry, and electronics.

Slide 7: ZINC Used as protective coating on steel, makes copper to make brass.

Slide 8: FLUORSPAR - Fluorite Helps keep stainless steel strong, refrigerant, and plastics containers.

Slide 9: Malachite  Used in  electric cables  wires,  switches,  plumbing,  heating,  roofing and building construction.

Slide 10: MANGANESE  Used to make iron.  Used to harden steal.

Slide 11: SULFUR  Used to make sulfuric acid, fertilizers, chemicals, explosives, dyestuffs, petroleum refining, vulcanization of rubber, fungicides.
