Guidelines:
Basic Presentation Structure:
1. Opening
1. Have a positive attitude about your message
2. Message 2.
3. Evidence
Choose an attention grabbing opening
4. Closing 3. Know the
main points of your message
4. Have an energetic body language and
tone of voice

Preparation:
1- Describe the audience and purpose of the
presentation (selling/proposal/Job fair…etc)
2- Opening
3- 1’st, 2’nd fact/ benefit
4- Incident to support these facts
5- Closing

Presentation 3:
Topic: A presentation to clearly explain a technical or
complicated subject
Guidelines:
In this presentation we should:
1- Be flexible to simplify complex information
Organize your thoughts
2- Communicate in anto key points/steps
Narrow the subject interesting manner
3- Relate to the audience level
Keep the language simple
4- Follow a logical sequence
Use illustrations or analogies to simplify

Preparation:
1- Opening
2- Analogy
3- Explanation
4- Initial close
5- Questions that could arise
6- Final close

Questions and Answers!
Some tips:
1- Set time limits and invite the person having
the 1’st question
2- Listen then repeat/ paraphrase the question
3- Respond and invite other questions
4- If there are no questions
5- Final question
6- Restate the close
