    @ivanoats : Hi Ivan, this presentation is actually just a brief overview of the basic concepts of marketing. I would be following it up with more in-depth presentations on individual concepts presented here as well as other new ones.

    @ Jeffrey : I agree with you, communications is just a process of interaction to reach out to the consumer. However, communications is an essential part of every strategy for brand promotion

    Hi Rupiz - thanks for participating in the sustainable marketing group. I think the concepts in this slide are a good basic overview of traditional marketing. However, marketing is evolving. It's no longer appropriate to just have the megaphone pointed outward. To participate in social media, you must listen to the conversations online. I believe listening to inbound communications is the heart of sustainable marketing.
