  • Each team is required to have 5 players to begin a game The basket that is attacked by a team is the opponents basket. The basket defended is the team’s own basket

  • During playing time a player on the court and entitled to play. A substitute during playing time is on the bench and entitled to play During an interval of play, all members entitled to play are considered as players. A substitute becomes a player when beckoned onto the floor by an official Uniforms – requirements for shirts, shorts and undergarments including information regarding numbers Equipment approved and unapproved for players to wear/use Injured players – when to substitute for injured players Coaches duties – responsibilities for score sheet, standing, designating shooters, calling time outs
  • 4 quarters – 10 minutes.
