SPAM <ul><li>This is by far the biggest newsmaker in Internet technology at this time </li></ul><ul><li>PEW Internet Project – SPAM Study </li></ul><ul><ul><li>75% are bothered by their inability to stop SPAM </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>80% are bothered by dishonest SPAM </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>76% are bothered by offensive and obscene SPAM </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>30% are afraid that SPAM blockers will block non-SPAM email </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>25% of Internet users say SPAM has reduced their email use </li></ul></ul>
